Founder -- Gary Hansen

Gary began serving legal documents in 1972.  He received his BS degree in Business Administration from Cal State University Long Beach in 1978.  Upon graduation, Gary purchased a minority interest in a successful Attorney Service in Long Beach.

In 1994, Gary founded Hansen's Guaranteed Process Company to provide a unique level of service and reliability to the legal community.   Gary is recognized by his peers as one of the most knowledgeable experts in process serving in California.

Gary's nine years of volunteer work for the California Association of Photocopiers and Process Servers (now known as CALSPro), helped him to develop a desire to educate and train process servers in the proper ways to perform valid service of process.  2008 marked the culmination of 36 years of process experience with the publication of "You Didn't Serve Me, I Never Touched The paper".  This 75 page book and 1 hour narrated CD PowerPoint presentation is complete with applicable California Code, Case law, and process serving techniques.  This teaching/training tool is perfect for either an individual or company to use in developing knowledgeable and efficient process servers.  Lawyers and other legal professionals also find the publication useful and informative
